Firstly, we remind you that you can downgrade your account to a free subscription.

Deleting an account will delete all saved data. Be careful!

If no other option works, use the following steps to delete your account:

  1. Log in to your EasyWeek account.
  2. Click on the icon in the bottom left corner. Choose the first string at the top of the list.
  3. Go to the Delete account link on the opened page.
    Before deleting your account, cancel your subscription and remove your payment method. If you have a subscription, the system will ask you to cancel it beforehand.
  4. You must cancel the subscription before deletion. Click on that link.
  5. The red button Delete your account will become active, so press it.
